FROM JAPAN : Ongoing Collective

The artist Takafumi Sakanaka was chosen by vote of the Ongoing Collective members to create an artwork on the theme of "Itchiness", and its installation view will be broadcasted. It's not a group show of the Ongoing Collective but a solo show, which was intentionally selected. Prior to the exhibition, Sakanaka presented his plan to all the members and brushed up the work based on their opinions and impressions. The actual production of the artwork was also completed with the help of other members, making this a solo exhibition produced by the Ongoing Collective. During the exhibition period, in addition to the installation view, videos of the Ongoing Collective members will be broadcasted sequentially, giving how they feel about and their commentary on the work of Sakanaka.

Café society is a weekly public screening that runs by Ruang MES56, FFD (Forum Film Dokumenter), and Bakudapan. In relation to TERATOTERA Festival, we are willing to invite the each collaborator/collective for this festival to submit one short movie to be part of the screening. There will be offline screening (1 day in MES56), and online screening (4 days) which will be conducted via FFD website.

Sapporobunko Library Vol.101 "Voice Up"
This is the first work of Sapporo Dance Collective in six months since Hokkaido declared a state of emergency. "Sapporo Bunko vol.101 'Voices'" features the revival of the Sapporo Bunko, the book collection which was first published in September 1977, and was put on hold at vol.100 in 2002. Inspired by the Sapporo Bunko, which introduced a wide range of art, culture, society and nature born and bred in the climate of Sapporo, they make current "Voices" into a dance work as the vol.101 in 2020.

"City I, II and III" is a trilogy of plays by the playwright Kishodai Kageyama. Hyslom will direct and perform one of the plays "City II". They will also attempt to make a film based on the play. That process will be exhibited by live streaming. “City II" shooting timetable
